For more than 30 years, Michael has blended business and commercial-based leadership roles with volunteer, faith-based, and non-profit initiatives, in at least 12 countries, and on almost all continents of the world. Michael carries a passion for relational wellbeing and wholeness, helping develop leaders that nurture team harmony, and healthy, sustainable growth. His catch-phrase is "Grow on Purpose", inspiring individuals and groups to break free from the limits of the past, and engage actionable next steps.
Since 2020, Michael has been a fully licensed speaker, coach, and trainer, as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member.
From his professional roles in construction consultancy, Michael also holds certified membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), one of the world's largest professional bodies serving the built and natural environment.
